Cusano

Cusano Cigars was founded in 1995 by Michael Chiusano a Boston investment manager for Shearson-Lehman Brothers. Chiusano discovered a cigar manufactured for locals in the Dominican Republic and ordered 100 to be shipped back home. He was a regular at an area cigar retailer and had the owner try one of these cigars. It went over so well that Chiusano decided to start his own cigar business and named the company after himself using a little poetic license to make the name sound more Spanish. After a couple of years producing highly acclaimed cigars Chiusano approached renowned cigar maker Henke Kelner, maker of world famous Davidoff cigars. Kelner brought the lines up to an even higher level and the rest as they say is history.
